Our SGPT sessions host a maximum for 5 people per class and classes are delivered around a particular focus that change daily. We have classes focusing on strength and power, weight loss and toning, Hyrox style workouts and much more!

It’s easy - you purchase a credit pack or membership, then book into the group of your choice. You can change groups daily or bring your friends to create your own group!
