Private one-to-one training sessions are available at SPC upon request — tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and preferred training style.

Boxing Private Training:

 

Boxing PT offers a fully personalised approach to developing your boxing skills, technique, and fight-ready fitness — or a combination of all three. Whether you’re a complete beginner or an experienced boxer, private sessions give you the focused attention and structured environment needed to refine your craft and make real progress.

Strength & Conditioning Private Training:

 

Similar to our Boxing PT, S&C PT provides individualised programming and coaching tailored to your specific goals. Whether you’re looking to build strength, lose weight, increase muscle, or simply stay consistent with your training, private S&C sessions offer the structure and support you need — especially if you prefer training solo or benefit from that extra motivation and accountability.
